台風時の授業措置について

台風の接近に伴い、暴風警報等発令時の授業及び試験（以下「授業等」という。）については、事故の発生を未然に防止するため、次のように取り扱うものとします。

（1）警報が発令された場合、授業等は直ちに中止します。

（2）午前７時までに、暴風警報が解除された場合は、１時限目から授業等を行います。

（3）午前１１時までに、暴風警報が解除された場合は、３時限目から授業等を行います。

（4）午前１１時の時点で、暴風警報が解除されない場合は、その日の授業等は休講とします。

（5）台風で休講になった講義は、原則として補講を行います。

     ※ 台風時の補講日は、６月27日（土）を予定しています。

　  ※ TV、ラジオ等の台風情報にご注意ください。

     ※ 休講のお知らせについて、停電等の影響により、HPにおける情報更新やActiveAcademyでのお知らせ（メール配信）がで

          きない場合もあります。

          暴風警報等の発令状況を各自ご確認いただき、上記「台風時の授業措置について」に則り、ご判断いただくようお願い

          いたします。

Measures to be taken for classes during a typhoon

In accordance with the approach of a typhoon, classes and examinations will be handled as follows. To prevent the occurrence of any accidents, the following measures will be taken.

(1) If a storm warning is issued, classes/examinations will be cancelled immediately.

(2) If the storm warning is lifted by 7:00 a.m., classes/examinations will start from the 1st period.

(3) If the storm warning is lifted by 11:00 a.m., classes/examinations will start from the 3rd period.

(4) If the storm warning is not lifted by 11:00 a.m., classes/examinations will be cancelled for that day.

(5) In case classes/examinations are cancelled due to the typhoon, the make-up classes will be scheduled.

* If classes are canceled due to a typhoon, the make-up class is scheduled for Saturday, June 27.

* Please note that due to power outages or other disruptions, we may be unable to update information on

   our website or send notifications via Active Academy (email).
   We ask that you check the status of storm warnings and other alerts on your own and make your own decisions
   in accordance with the “Class Policy During Typhoons” outlined above.
